We spent the day with our friends over at Huckberry to create an exclusive profile about our sandal collaboration with Teva. Get a behind the scenes look at the project in this awesome vid by Huckberry.
I am honored to team up with Teva for their fourth installment of its artist series sandals! During my first job in high school, I sold a lot of Teva footwear at the shoe store I worked at, so I was very excited to collaborate with the brand. Using our iconic airplane logo I designed a geometric pattern reminiscent of Native American fabrics — an aesthetic that has become part of the brand’s DNA. Ten percent of the retail proceeds will go to P.S. ARTS, which is an organization that provides art education to underfunded public schools.
Head over to our new SF flagship store at 968 Valencia Street to pick up a pair.
