New Sticker Run

Yesterday I got a call from the printer to let me know they finished up my sticker run. I am surprised how fast I go through these things. This run is gold and blue on white or clear vinyl. $5 gets you an envelope stuffed full of assorted stickers. They are available in the shop. I also will include some with every order.

El Mariachi

I have been fortunate enough to be able to share various interviews and press with you recently. Walking through the Spanish neighborhood, in San Francisco, My friend Bryan spotted my sticker on a Mexican Mariachi band heading to work. I have no idea how the sticker got there but it's an honor greater than any press I could possibly get.

GoldSpace

If you haven't noticed yet my mypace page has a new look. It needed to be consistent with the rest of the branding and showcase select pieces for my portfolio and store. A big thanks to Kris over at 3RC Interactive for hooking it up. Thanks so much!

Motorcycle Mag Feature

For awhile now I have been obsessing about motorcycles. Max Schaafs 4Q blog is a daily check for me and I dream about building a bike. I am not sure I trust myself on a motorized bike due to the fact that I am a bit of a daredevil. It comes from being a skateboarder. I take risk and bomb hills as fast as I can. That type of mentality infused with a motorcycle can be sketchy. Until I make the decision to build one the closest I am getting to a bike is a feature in Japanese motorcycle magazine Hot Bike. New addition the the stockist is Arizona's own High Point. These guys are legit and doing things the right way. Good people and I am proud to be carried in their shop. Thanks again for hooking Steve Breaston of the Arizona Cardinals up with a doughboy.

KINGDOM Present NOTORIOUS!

Now That's a Wedding Party

Neven, from Croatia, sent in this picture of his friends wedding. They gave all the best men and ushers bg shirts as a gift for helping out with the wedding. I am blown away, my own wedding didn't show this much support for the line.

Los Logos

I am pleased to have a few logos featured in the design book Los Logos. It's always an honor to have your work showcased in publications like this. I collect logo books and turn to them for inspiration regularly. Hopefully one of my logos will inspire someone like the ones that have inspired me. Shop Update TWS Hats

I thought these were all gone, but I found a few remaining hats buried under some samples. If you missed it on the TWS Brainfloss New Era and I have your size then you are in luck. They went fast in the select stores that carried them. I am almost also all out of stock on t-shirts and only have a handful of sizes left so don't sleep - once they are gone they are gone. Australia (The Gold Coast)

I was getting e-mails from interested customers in Australia asking where they can pick up the line. Unfortunately I did not have any shops that stocked the line over there. As soon as I answered one of those e-mails 2 shop requests came in from Australia - Wow, the internet moves fast! A big thanks to the customer in Australia that couldn't get the line where he lived and made it happen.

The first shop is a really nice boutique named Heist in Melbourne.




The second is a core skate shop called Eduakated in Adelaide.




I am excited to have the line offered in both shops and to have a presence in Australia now. Where next?

In santoGOLD We Trust

All the support I received in 08 has been phenomenal! This year started off just as good with an e-mail from Santogolds DJ Cantra. He sent a pic of him wearing a BG shirt backstage a Santogold Jay-Z show. Good looking out! I am getting a box of new stuff together for you! Yo, Santo and Contra... I am a fan!

Happy New Year (09 Previews)!

I appreciate all the support you all have showed me in the past year. I am really excited to continue to keep building with you in 09 and the years to come! Hopefully we will see the end of the recession this year! Either way I am not going anywhere, we have made it this far already. All we can do is keep our head down and keep moving forward! It’s going to be a great year – the possibilities are endless! Here are a few sneak peaks of projects that I have in the works for 09. All the best in the new year!
